There is also a significant control in hypertension in calcium intake in the body, so taking these two mineral elements should also reduce the high blood pressure to a larger extent.

There have been significant studies that have proved that vitamin C reduces the cholesterol level thus helps in decreasing the blood pressure so intake of this from citrus fruits would be beneficial in treating the high pressure of blood.
